Hi this is Ben, I've Closed Several Hundred Real Estate Transactions! I've had the opportunity to sell all different types of Real Estate to include Homes, Apartments, Vacant land, New Construction, Manufactured homes and Commercial. Over the years I've been blessed with the opportunity to sell properties all over Southern California. This Business is constantly evolving with new technology, new practices and new laws. I am always educating myself to stay ahead of the curve.

A quick glance into my background. I entered into the United States Marine Corps directly out of high school. I had the passion to serve our Beloved Country, and I enjoyed every minute of it. After the Marines, I attended College and later became a Real Estate Appraiser. As an Appraiser, I gained knowledge in the industry and an understanding and appreciation for the true value in Real Estate. It was during my Appraisal career that I witnessed firsthand how Realtors impacted lives in a positive manner and built life long relationships with their clients. After several years, I switched careers and became a Realtor.

As a Realtor for Now over a decade, I have continued to grow and have built a successful career in Real Estate. I have assisted Sellers, Buyers and Investors in Achieving their Real Estate Goals. I have Sold Multi-Family Dwellings (Apartments), Single Family Homes, New Construction Homes, Commercial Properties, Vacant Land, Mobile Homes and Businesses (i.e. Restaurants and Elderly Care Facility Businesses). I am a family man with a devotion to my beautiful wife and our four children. During my down time I enjoy going to the Beach with my family, walking the local trails and camping trips.
